Come to the Table. Join us each month as we gather at the Table to learn more about how God has designed our brain and body as we grow together in the love of Christ.

Table Talks are typically the 3rd Thursday of each month from 10am-12pm. Each month we cover a different mental health topic from a Christian perspective.

Let's come together to discuss faith's guiding light and the importance of nurturing our mental well-being. These conversations will be full of insights, compassion, and a safe space to share experiences. I hope to see you there!

We’ve gathered around a table each month since 2017 to learn together. In 2025, Freedom Mill sadly closed its doors. We will gather in February of 2026 at Shady Grove Fellowship Hall.
